Desert Valley Home Inspection is owned and operated by Jason Walker (Consumer Protection B.C. License #81591). Jason has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, is a journeymen electrician and certified HIABC home inspector. He has built homes from the ground up, done many extensive renovations and is knowledgeable about all facets of home construction and maintenance.  You are choosing a very knowledgeable certified professional who provides high-quality home inspection services to the Okanagan Similkameen area.  Jason takes great pride  in doing a thorough job and going above and beyond client expectations.

He encourages clients to join at the conclusion of the inspection to review findings and ask any questions they have. During this time it also gives an opportunity to provide you with tips on home care and maintenance. For instance, you can learn how to change the furnace filter, turn off the water, gas, and electricity in an emergency.

That’s why a comprehensive written report is provided to serve as your guide for as long as you own the home. It not only describes the house components and their condition, but also provides insight into what improvements will be necessary, and when.
